The “Edelweiss” founder Vlad Plahotniuc announced today in Hincesti about the extension of “A New Life” campaign in other 20 maternity departments. Thus, a total of 24 maternity departments throughout the country will be included in the program that offers mothers a welcomed help at the birth of the baby.

The support for the young families is one of those heartful projects of the “Edelweiss” founder, therefore, as he did last year in Nisporeni, he personally handed over the first boxes offered at the maternity department in Hincesti.

“I’ve met a happy family here as well. Through this campaign we want to make a small contribution to their joy and thus to tell the little ones “Welcome to this world!”. I would like to congratulate on this occasion the doctors and medical workers from this institution for their dedication to their work and the care that they show to each family”, said the “Edelweiss” founder in Hincesti.

Ecaterina Pruteanu delivered three days ago the second boy of the family at the Perinatal Centre in Hincesti. Today she received personally from Vlad Plahotniuc the first baby’s box offered at this hospital.

“We did not expect this. The entire family is very happy. This gift from the Foundation will be very useful for us. To meet Mr. Vlad Plahotniuc in person was a great excitement for me”, confessed the young mother.

The medical staff of the Hincesti district hospital is also happy that babies born here will benefit from this support. They say, especially regarding the families in need, that the products offered by the Foundation of Vlad Plahotniuc “Edelweiss” ensure that the newborn baby won’t lack the basic care essential in the early days.

“I would like to tell that we are very happy today that the “Edelweiss” Foundation has reached Hincesti. On behalf of the entire district and especially on behalf of the moms who will benefit from this project I want to thank Mr. Plahotniuc for all the good things he does here and all over the country”, said the director of the Hincesti district hospital Petru Ciubotaru.
